GreenHouse
Producer & Creative Direction
Overview
GreenHouse is an event series bridging nightlife and nature reconnection, created under Botanical Future, the NYC collective I co-founded. The House of Yes edition took over the Onyx Room in partnership with Bye Bye Plastic, offering a third option between clubbing and staying home.
The Concept
Every GreenHouse follows the same arc: a sound bath to arrive and set intentions, a community conversation, then a DJ set that opens up the dance floor. Anchoring it all is something the room builds together, which at House of Yes was a community art mural.
My Role
Developed the event format and creative direction
Led the Botanical Future team, delegating tasks across production, promotion, and day-of execution
Secured the venue and the partnership with Bye Bye Plastic
Booked and coordinated talent: sound healer, speaker, DJ, and artists
Managed timeline, run of show, and on-site execution
Led promotion and social content
The Impact
GreenHouse at House of Yes brought ~70 people together for a night of sound, conversation, and collective making, and was fully self-funded through ticket sales. The event shaped the format now heading to NYC Climate Week, moving sustainability out of the panel room and into lived experience, one small, shared act of care at a time.
